Effective . This policy covers sunkissedpalmsvilla.com, the website for Sunkissed Palms Villa, run by its owners, Kavel and Hande.
What we collect
The only way this site collects personal information is the inquiry form on the Book your stay page. If you send one, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you give one;
- the check-in and check-out dates you chose, if any;
- the number of guests; and
- anything you write in the message.
To limit spam, the server also briefly keeps your network (IP) address in memory while it counts how many inquiries come from one connection. That is not saved to disk or attached to your inquiry.
How we use it
Only to answer your inquiry and, if you decide to book, to arrange your stay. We don’t use it for marketing, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s kept, and who sees it
Your inquiry is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and emailed to the owners. A short notice (your name, dates and number of guests) also goes to a private Telegram group the owners use. Cloudflare and the email and Telegram services handle those messages for us; they aren’t given your details for any other purpose.
We never sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing. We may disclose it if the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its fonts and images from its own domain, not from third parties. Because we don’t track you, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” signal to turn off; we respond to those signals by not tracking anyone.
The site links to our listings on Airbnb and Vrbo. Those are separate services with their own privacy policies.
Your choices
To see what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, reply to any email we’ve sent you and tell us what you’d like. We’ll act on deletion requests promptly. We may need to keep some records if the law requires it for a stay you booked.
Changes
If we change how we handle inquiries, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
