Sunkissed Palms Villa

Winter stays

Leave the snow behind this winter. Come for a few weeks, a month or the whole season, and spend it where the afternoons are warm enough for lunch by the pool, the evenings are for the spa and the fire table, and the only snow you’ll see is on the mountains across the fairway.

Stay a while and the house becomes your winter home. Unpack, fill the fridge, and find your own rhythm: a round on the course behind the house, a swim, an afternoon in Palm Springs, and dinner on the patio as the sun goes down.

Winter in the desert

Afternoons are in the 70s in January and February and the 80s by March and April. The nights are cool, in the 40s and 50s, so pack a sweater for the patio. Rain shows up only a few days a month.

Golf and the winter season

Golfers can play all winter: 27 holes inside the gates at the club’s renter rate, with PGA WEST and the valley’s other famous courses a short drive away. If pickleball is your game, you’ll soon be a regular on the club’s twelve courts. And the longer you stay, the more of the season’s big events you’ll catch, from the film festival in January to Modernism Week in February and the BNP Paribas Open in March.

Stays of 30 nights or more also come without the city’s lodging tax. And if you’d like the house cleaned partway through your stay, just ask.

The villa has everything you will need for your stay. It is well decorated and has great views of the golf course and mountains.
